Im a Carboholic... And I like it!

Well here goes, my name is Chris... And Im a carboholic. Now some of you are sitting there thinking, how can this guy be a carboholic? Hes sporting and abs and vacularity... Surely something isn’t right.

Well im here to tell you I love carbs. It basically boils down to what works for you. In this day and age of low carb diets so many people shy away from carbohydrates thinking they will make them gain unwanted fat. While this isn’t entirely true, its not false either. For me its all about 3 things, one, when you eat your carbs, and two, the types of carbs you eat, and what you with your carbs!

Im in full offseason mode right now, and taking well over 700g of carbs per day, and staying relatively lean!

It might not work for you, but i suggest you give it a go, you might be pleasantly surprised!
