Back in March when the Aussie Bodybuilders Team hit Melbourne we hit several training videos and one of the athletes we filmed was IFBB up and comer & Optimum Nutrition sponsored athlete Chris Jenkins. Chris goes through a chest workout in the famous Doherty's Gym Brunwick, VIC after a day of messed up flights to get there.
